About Airport Taxi Bowmanville
A pre-booked airport car for Clarington: flat fares by pickup zone, flight-watched arrivals, and a booking line that never closes.
Clarington runs along the 401, so nearly every airport trip from here starts with the same question: which on-ramp is closest? Courtice joins at Courtice Road. Downtown Bowmanville uses Liberty Street, and the west end of town Bowmanville Avenue. Newcastle village joins at Mill Street, Wilmot Creek at Bennett Road, and the hamlets to the north come down Highway 35/115 or Highway 418. After that, the trip to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is one long westbound run over the Rouge River and through Scarborough to the airport ramps at Highway 409: 80 to 100 km, depending on where you start.
The fare for that run is agreed before you set out. Each part of Clarington has its own flat rate with HST included, and it doesn't change with the traffic or the hour, so a Tuesday afternoon costs the same as a Sunday at dawn. The only thing that can be added is a toll you've asked for. Highway 418 has been toll-free since 2022 and the 407 east of Brock Road since June 2025, but the 407 ETR west of Brock Road still charges, so a rider who asks for the 407 pays that toll at cost.
The trip home is planned from the other end. Give us your flight number and the pickup follows the actual landing time; if the flight is an hour or more late, or is cancelled or diverted, you get a text. Once you have your bags, you meet the car at Door A on the Arrivals level, where Pearson runs pre-arranged pickups at both terminals. The drive back east ends at your door, not at a GO stop or a parking lot.
Bookings are open around the clock, holidays included, through the form on this site or by phone at 905-809-9831, and cars run at every hour, from 4 a.m. departures to landings after midnight. A dispatcher reads every request, agrees the fare with you and confirms it by email. Before pickup, a text gives you the driver's name and the car.
How do the Pearson drop-off and pickup work?
Heading out
Tell us your airline when you book, because it decides the terminal. Air Canada and its Star Alliance partners, such as United, Lufthansa and Swiss, fly from Terminal 1, along with Emirates and a few others. WestJet, Porter's Pearson flights, Air Transat, Flair, Delta, American, British Airways, Air France and KLM use Terminal 3. At Terminal 1 the car pulls up on the Departures level, Level 3; at Terminal 3 it stops on the Departures level outside the doors nearest your airline's check-in. Bags come out at the curb and you're inside in a minute or two. Check your airline's own site the week you fly, since carriers do change terminals.
Coming home
Landing at either terminal works the same way. Clear customs, collect your bags, and head to Door A on the Arrivals level, where Pearson handles pre-arranged rides at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Let the pre-arranged desk there know you're waiting, and the airport's dispatcher calls your driver in to the pickup area outside. Because the booking follows your flight number, the driver is already close by whether you land early or late, and the time you spend in customs costs nothing extra. The driver's name and car come by text before your flight, so you know who to look for.

Tolls stay off the fare. The quoted number covers the drive and the tax. Ask for the 407 and the driver takes it, adding that toll at cost when you pay.
Billy Bishop runs are priced on request. The island airport sits on a different road, so a dispatcher quotes it when you book.
Seen enough? Book the ride.
The request takes two minutes, nothing is charged until the ride is over, and the reply with your fare comes from a person.
